Ingredients
  • 2 ¼ cups (270g) King Arthur Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix*
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, optional
  • 8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter, cold, cut into pats
  • ¾ cup (96g) dried apricots, raisins, or dried cherries, optional
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup (113g) milk, cold
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract
  • cinnamon sugar, optional
  • note: Make sure you use our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix, not our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour.
