St. Hubert Coleslaw
Ingredients
  • One head of cabbage shredded
  • 1 or 2 big carrots shredded
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • ¾ cups vegetable oil
  • ½ to 1 tbsp dried mustard
  • ½ to 1 tbsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. - Sprinkle cabbage and carrots with sugar; mix to combine.
  2. - In a saucepan, combine vinegar, oil, dried mustard, salt and pepper; stir and bring to a boil.
  3. - Pour hot liquid over the coleslaw; mix well.
