  • 4 ½ cups to 5 all-purpose flour
  • 3 quarts water
  • ⅔ cups baking soda
  • 1 whole egg beaten
  • Coarse sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • ⅔ cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup franks red hot sauce
