Pancakes (breakfast)
Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cups butter milk (1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice + milk until measure line)
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • scrambled eggs with cheese (side)
  • bacon (side)
Steps
  1. Sour milk.  Wait 10 minutes.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet ingredients.
  4. Mix.
  5. Pour on griddle.
  6. Enjoy.
