Simple Recipe for Tuna and Shells with Cheese
Made 6-13-22 for lunch. Used large can tuna, elbow macaroni, 4 ozs velveeta and 4 ozs cheddar, and Parmesan. Used about 21/2 cups pasta instead of 3 as would not be enough sauce).  Added cooked peas.  Pretty good!  Next time try adding sautéed onion and celery as recipe suggests at bottom
Ingredients
  • 3 cups (12 ounces) uncooked shell pasta, macaroni, or similar sized pasta
  • 8 ounces American cheese, such as Kraft Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 to 3 cans solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
