Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup buttermilk, at room temperature (whipping cream + milk+ 1 ½tbsp lemon juice)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp red food colouring paste (preferred over liquid colour)*

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature (50gm)
  • 1 ½ pkg (12-oz) cream cheese, at room temperature (170gm)*
  • 4 cup icing sugar, sifted (1cup)*
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
