Oreo Protein Shake (Diet Chef) - Weight Loss Protein Shake That Tastes Like An Oreo

  • 3 Tbsps (45g) sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 3 Tbsps (15g) black cocoa powder

  • 2 Cups of ice depending if using frozen bananas (don't use more, taste gets watery)

  • Cows milk
  • ¼ Packet (10g) sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 Tbsps (45g) sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 3 Tbsps (45g) black cocoa powder
  • 1 Scoop PE science vanilla protein powder
  • 3 Cups ice
