  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
  • ¼ teaspoon Herbes de Provence (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • ½ tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
