Zucchini Rolls w/Spinach and Ricotta
Ingredients
  • 3 zucchini cut in to very thin strips
  • subheading: Filling:
  • 5 oz. baby spinach lightly steamed and drained
  • 2 cups ricotta (see my “cheese highlight”)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 24 oz jar of tomato puree
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic minced
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese sauce ( see my “cheese” highlight)
