Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1½ tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 3 T maple syrup
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in lg bowl.
  2. Roll dough into about 16 balls (if things get sticky, wet hands first).
  3. Place in freezer 15 minutes, the store in fridge up to one week.
