  • 200 g Sourdough Starter (or sourdough starter discard)
  • 60 g Butter (melted - only use half in the batter)
  • 120 g Milk (whole milk is best)
  • 4 Eggs (large eggs, at least 60g each)
  • 3 g Salt (just a pinch)
  • 5 g Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon (optional)
