Pappardelle with Smoked Salmon
Ingredients
  • 1 pound uncooked pappardelle
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1tsp EVOO
  • 1 minced shallot
  • ½ white onion
  • 1 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup half and half
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cubed plum tomato
  • 10 oz frozen peas
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ½ tsp salt
  • fresh grounp pepper
