Chipotle chicken burger bowls
Ingredients
  • subheading: Chipotle burger ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ Cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • ⅓ Cup finely chopped red onion
  • ⅓ Cup finely chopped jalapeño
  • ¼ Cup finely chopped cilantro
  • ¼ Cup chipotle pepper in adobo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ Cup broth of choice
  • Salt and pepper

  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickled red onion
  • Pickles
  • Avacado

  • subheading: Chipotle aioli:
  • ⅓ Cup mayo
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pinch of sugar
  • White cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Chop potatoes into fry shape. Rinse in cold water.
  2. Pat fry and add to bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add to air fryer at 400 for 25 min. Check every 10 min.
  4. Next make chicken burgers: add all burger ingredients except broth and mix in bowl until we’ll combined.
  5. Form into burger Pattie’s: 6 regular or 4 large.
  6. Cook burgers on medium high heat to sear: 5 min on each side. Add chicken broth to pan. Cover and let steam for 5 to 10 min.
  7. Add cheese and let melt.
  8. Prep the sauce and assemble bowls. Enjoy!
