  • 12.5 g Sugar 1 tbsp
  • 60 to 75 ml Cold Water 4 to 5 tbsp

  • 2 Apples(peeled, cored and diced small)
  • 50 g Granulated sugar ¼ cup
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 to 15 g Corn flour 1 to 2 tbsp
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice 1 tbsp(optional)

  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
