Quick & Easy Instant Pot Hummus (Gluten-Freen, Vegan Recipe)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried chickpeas/garbanzo beans
  • subheading: For soaking:
  • 3 to 4 cups hot water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • subheading: For cooking:
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • subheading: For the dip:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons light tahini
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped roughly
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Pinch of salt (more if you prefer, taste at the end)
  • ⅔ cup cooking liquid (maybe a little more to make it thinner, depending on the size of chickpeas)
  • subheading: For serving:
  • Drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of paprika and cumin powder
