  • Mayo, Heavy 0 32 fl oz
  • cheese, romano 0 by weight 8 oz
  • vinegar, red wine 0 48 fl oz
  • vinegar, balsamic 0 16 fl oz
  • sugar, granulated 0 48 fl oz
  • salt kosher 0 6 fl oz
  • ground black pepper 0 1 fl oz
  • crushed red pepper 0 1.5 tbsp ¾ fl oz
  • olive Extra Virgin 0 64 fl o
Steps
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OLIVE OIL
  2. USING THE IMMERSION BLENDER, SLOWLY DRIZZLE OIL WHILE BLENDING TO EMULSIFY
  3. Dressing should be well emulsified and creamy brown in color
