Chocolate Curls Layered Pudding Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip®, thawed
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
  • 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
  • 4 ounces Chocolate candy bar, shaved
Steps
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix flour, pecans and butter. Pat into prepared dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Prepare vanilla pudding using 2 cups of milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Prepare chocolate pudding in same way and spread over the vanilla pudding. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate curls. Cut into squares.
