BAKED Lentil Dumplings (Nucchina Unde)

Ingredients
- 1 cup toor dal pigeon pea
- ¾ cup chana dal Bengal gram
- ¼ cup moong dal yellow lentils
- ¼ cup urad dal split black gram
- OPTIONAL: I USED A MIXTURE OF SKINNED MUNG, SPLIT SKINNED CHICKPEAS, AND WHOLE RED LENTILS BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THE OTHER TYPES.
- ¼ cup coconut grated
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3 to 4 green chili or as per taste
- 1 large onion finely chopped (I USED A MIXTURE OF SHALLOT AND SWEET ONION, QUICKLY SAUTEED TO SOFTEN.)
- 2 scallions (I use this because I had extra leftover I had to use), sliced (saute the white part quickly with the other onion)
- ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt adjust as per taste
- One sprinkle of MSG
- Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark
