  • 1,6kg 35 minutes at 193 degrees breast side down after 35 minues turn the chicken over breast side up then change the temoerature to 188 degrees for 30 minutes
  •  
  • 1.8 kg squash breast down a bit. 35 minutes at 193 breast side udown . Turn over lower temp to 188 for 35 minutes
