Velvet (Tenderize) Protein the Chinese Way
Ingredients
  • 1  pound of chicken tenderloins or boneless, skinless breasts, cut into thin strips.

  • 1  tablespoon peanut oil (use 1 ½ tablespoons when velveting shrimp)
