1 14.5-ounce can Italian-style stewed tomatoes

1 cup sliced carrots (5 ounces)

1 14.5-ounce can great Northern beans (do not drain)

2 small zucchini (9 ounces total), cubed

2 cups packed fresh spinach leaves (3 ½ ounces), rinsed and torn
