  • 1 Tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 and ½ cups warm water (110 degrees F)
  • 6 Tablespoons aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chick peas/garbanzo beans) OR two eggs if you can have them
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup canola oil

  • Instant read digital thermometer

  • Non-stick spray of choice
  • Recommended, but not required: stand mixer
