Buffalo Chicken Melts (Skinnytaste Cookbook)

  • 4 slices multigrain bread, lightly toasted, such as Arnold
  • 8 thin slices tomato
  • 4 slices (2.6 ounces total) reduced-fat pepper Jack cheese, such as Sargento
