  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning - see Notes for sub
  • ½ teaspoon each onion powder & garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ cup vegan mayo
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • hot sauce, optional - to taste
