Grain-free Bread
Ingredients
  • 50g macadamias
  • 20g flaxseeds
  • 15g coconut flour
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  •  
  • 20g ghee
  • 1 ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 eggs
Steps
  1. Process the ingredients (as far as the salt) to a flour
  2. Add the ghee, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and eggs
  3. Place in a small loaf tin
  4. Add 450ml water in the pot
  5. Trivet on top
  6. Loaf tin on top
  7. Pressure Cook for 30 mins
  8. QPR
