SUGAR AND CINNAMON DONUTS

Ingredients
  • just added a little water to loosen the mix before adding the egg whites. It works fine, still sweet and delicious☺️
  •  
  • 25g of self Raising flour (4syns)
  • 1tsp of baking powder (½syn)
  • 1tbs of Sukrin 1
  • 2 large eggs separated
  • 1tsp of vanilla
  •  
  • Topping
  • 3tsp of Sukrin 1
  • ½tsp of Cinnamon
  • Spritz of Butter frylight
Steps
  1. Sift together the flour sweetener add the egg yolks, vanilla extract and a small amount of water to loosen
  2. Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk until stiff.
  3. Gently fold into the vanilla mixture.
  4. Spray your donut moulds  with frylight and divide the mixture between each hole. . Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 20mins. Allow to cool a little before turning out. Mix together the  sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Lightly spritz the tops of the donuts with Butter frylight and dip in the sugar cinnamon. Enjoy! X .
