  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced and roughly chopped
  • ½ c. baby carrots, roughly chopped

  • 2 ½ Tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ c. dry red wine
  • 1 ½ tsp. kosher salt
