Sour Cream Parsley Potatoes
All in one potato side dish

Ingredients
  • 6 medium red potatoes, quartered, not peeled
  • chicken stock, or water and one cube chicken bouillon
  • ½ stick butter
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • salt, pepper, parsely, garlic and salt to taste
Steps
  1. Boil potatoes in chicken stock, or one bullion cube and water
  2. Drain potatoes
  3. Mix in butter, sour cream and spices
