  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 1 ½ TBS. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. almond extract
  • Scant 1 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 ¼ cup (150 g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup (25 g) almond flour
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds (optional, to top)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, to top)
