Gluten Free Yeast Free Vegan Bagels
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour mix
  • (or to make your own flour mix, use 1 ½ cups rice flour, ⅓ cup potato starch, ⅓ cup tapioca starch)
  • 1 ½ tsp xanthan gum
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds (we use a coffee grinder) soaked for 5 minutes in 3 tbsp water
