Seafood Spaghetti by Bryan Pipko
Ingredients
  • 1 5oz can of baby clams
  • 1 12oz can of cooked shrimp
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1½ cup fresh mushrooms
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 1 pkg of spaghetti or spaghettini
  • grated parmessan or asiago cheese
Steps
  1. Drain & rinse the clams but save juice for later
  2. Melt butter & saute garlic & mushrooms
  3. Add tomatoes your saved clam juice, salt & thyme. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes
  4. At the same time cook your spaghetti how you like it
  5. Add the shrimp, clams and green onions to your sauce
  6. Reheat everything for 2 minutes and toss with your spaghetti
  7. Serve with parsley & butter
