Chicken Pot Pie Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 cup self rising flour ( I use Gold Medal)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Land O’ Lakes light butter made with canola oil, melted
  • 3 cups shredded skinless, boneless chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken  (with skin off)
  • 2 cans (10 ½ oz.) Campbell’s healthy request cream of chicken soup or you can substitute 1 can of soup with 1 can ( 10 oz.) unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 cups frozen vegetables (such as peas, carrots, corn, green beans or a mixture)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • dash of dried rosemary
