Vietnamese Grilled Lemon Grass Pork Chops (Thit Heo Nuong Xa)
Ingredients
  • 3 pounds pork chop with bone in (thin or thick)
  • ¼ cup lemon grass
  • ¼ cup chopped garlic
  • ¼ cu chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (if you can’t find it, regular soy sauce is okay)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp black pepper
  • ½ Shaoxing cooking wine (Chinese cooking wine)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • subheading: Additional Sides:
  • 2 eggs sunny side up
  • Pickled Serrano Peppers
  • Choice of vegetables (Lettuce, tomatoes, kimchi)
  • Green onion oil on top of pork (optional)
  • My home made Vietnamese Vinaigrette
