Tammy's Old Time Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
  • This cobbler recipe works with just about any fruit you wish.
  • Melt ¼ cup coconut oil in 8x8 casserole pan until piping hot
  • 3 fresh peaches, sliced, medium (2-⅔" dia) (150 g each) (177 cal, 4.2g protein)
  • 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened (30 cal, 1g protein)
  • ½ cup granulated stevia, equivalent of 1 cup sugar (use the conversion chart on your package of stevia - I use Splenda Naturals)
  • 1 cup Kodiak Protein Packed Buttermilk Flapjack mix (380 cal, 28g protein)
  • additional granulated stevia
  • recipe total about 590 counted cal, 33.2g protein ea, divided by number of servings made
  • adjust nutrition to ingredients used
