Chocolate cupcakes

1 ½ cups cake flour

¼ tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

¾ cups cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt

3 tbsp butter, soft/melted

1 ½ cups sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

⅓ cups mayo

⅔ cups buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350° and put paper liners in muffin tin

Mix butter and sugar until sugar is wet, somewhat creamed. Add eggs in one at a time. Add vanilla, salt, powder, sugar, and mix. Mix in cocoa powder and mayo. Alternate buttermilk and cake flour.

Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean
