  • ½ cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ cup carrots, shredded
  • ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 handful cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Lime, sesame seeds hoisin sauce and sriracha to serve (optional)
