Pasta with Zucchini and Tomatoes
Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 10 oz (300 grams) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • subheading: To serve (optional):
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • grated Parmesan cheese
