Baked Spaghetti with Cream Cheese
This cream cheese baked spaghetti is a perfect weeknight meal but good enough to have on a special occasion. Mixing cream cheese with the spaghetti noodles makes the whole dish rich. It almost has the flavors of lasagna without the work. The sauce and meat mixture layered beneath and on top of the noodles mingles with the noodles in the baking process. All of the fresh veggies give the sauce so much flavor. Carrots almost add a subtle sweetness. The cheese mixture on top is the perfect gooey topping. Ingredients
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 jar(s) prepared spaghetti sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef, lean
  • ½ c diced green pepper
  • ½ c diced onions
  • ½ c grated carrots
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
