Ingredients
- subheading: Cookies:
- ½ C. shortening
- ½ C. butter
- 1 ½ C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ¾ C. flour
- 2 t. cream of tartar
- 1 t. soda
- ¼ t. salt
- subheading: Cinnamon/Sugar Mixture:
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
Steps
- Blend dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then mix together.
- Roll the dough into balls, and roll in the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Bake at 400° F for 6 to 8 minutes.
