Samosas with Cilantro-Mint Chutney
Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ cup yellow onion, minced
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, defrosted
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garam marsala
  • 1 small Serrano chili, minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • Cilantro-mint chutney, for serving (optional)
