Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 6 slices Bacon, diced, fried until crisp and drained
  • 1⁄ 2 cup Catsup
  • 1⁄ 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  • 1 can Bush's Original Baked Beans , 28 oz
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, (16 oz) drained
  • 1 can Butter Beans, (16 oz) drained (could substitute cannellini or lima beans)
Steps
  1. Saute ground beef with onion until beef is cooked through. Drain.
  2. Combine the bacon, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and all three cans of beans. Add ground beef mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or cook in a slow cooker on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Notes
  • Also used 1 tsp prepared mustard last time.
