Ingredients
  • 18 oz. extra large shrimp (about 24), peeled and deveined*
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste (this is spicy)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 ½ Tbsp light olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ lemon cut into wedges, for serving
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional), for garnish
