Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of one lemon
Steps
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into a lined pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 mins.
  5. ❄️ Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy the lemony indulgence!
