  • 4 to 5 large pre steamed potatoes
  • subheading: Tomato sauce:
  • 3 sticks of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large carrots
  • 1 to 2 courgettes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 cup tvp (optional - sub for more lentils)
  • 2 tbsp bouillon powder
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 4 tins of chopped tomatoes (I used a big one!)
  • subheading: Cheese sauce:
  • 1 cauliflower
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup plant milk
