Ground beef hash brown casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup plain no fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 stick butter - melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • Lots of Lowry’s seasoning
  • Lots of creole seasoning
  • A package of hashbrowns
  • 1 to 2 cups frozen vegetables medley
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown ground beef. Add lowrys while browning
  3. Drain ground beef
  4. In a large bowl whisk together soup, yogurt, milk and melted butter
  5. Add in ground beef, vegetables, cheeses, creole seasoning, hash browns and mix together.
  6. Put into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with more Colby jack cheese.
