Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. espresso powder
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Irish Cream Liqueur (I use Baileys because that is what we keep on hand)
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
