LEMON DRIZZLE CAKE
lemon drizzle cake 1sp per slice on no count 2sp if counting

Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 90g Sukrin 1
  • 56g plain flour
  • 35g cornflour
  • 1 lvl tsp of baking powder
  • zest of 1 unwaxed lemon or 2 if you like it very lemony
Steps
  1. separate 4 large eggs and whisk whites until stiff add 90g Sukrin 1 and whisk again add whisked egg yolk and whisk again..sieve 56g plain flour 35g cornflour and 1 lvl tsp of baking powder add zest of 1 unwaxed lemon or 2 if you like it very lemony,mix dry into wet mixture,,pour into lined cake tin cook 180 for 25 mins approx,,squeeze juice from 1 lemon add 20g Sukrin 1 into a pan and dissolve the Sukrin 1 and brush all of it over the top when cooled cut into 10 pieces
