  • 1 avocado cut into wedges

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
