The Ultimate No-Bake Mars Bar Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 250 g plain chocolate biscuits, crushed I used Arnotts Choc Ripple biscuits for this recipe
  • 120 g butter, melted
  • 500 g cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup (75g) caster sugar
  • 200 ml thickened cream
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 3 tsp gelatin powder
  • 2 50g Mars Bars, chopped
  • caramel and chocolate sauce, to swirl through (and extra to decorate) I used Hershey's sauces for this recipe
  • 3 extra Mars Bars, chopped, for decoration
