Vegetarian Spaghetti (optional sausage)
chickpeas, squash and zucchini
Ingredients
  • 2 packages Palmini linguini noodles
  • 1 jar (25 ounces) Mezzetta spaghetti sauce
  • 12 oz package Mulays italian sausage
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 zucchini squash (washed, not peeled, cut into ½ inch cubes)
  • 1 yellow squash (washed, not peeled, cut into ½ inch cubes)
  • 1 small jar nutritional yeast for topping
